I know gas mileage has been discussed a number of times here, but I couldn't really find a thread where people have discussed total mileage on a full tank, instead of MPG or KMPL.

If there is one please direct me there with the thread link, if there isn't then can you please post figures.

I have been getting around 550km on a full tank. A little disappointed since I drive more on the highway.

I've posted this before..........First tank of gas, 542 miles, 48 miles left on range, 16.87 gallons filled, 95% highway at 65-80 mph.

My best is 1050 kms on a tank. (652 miles). All highway driving with the cruise set at 75 mph (according to the Garmin GPS, closer to 78 according to the speedometer). I had one other tank with over 1000 kms on it too. Only possible with all highway driving, and topped the tank right up.

How much do you usually get in city?

I have 10,000 km on my car and I have yet to cross 550km mark. I have been getting around the same since the very first tank. Engine oil change didnt help and neither I think engine breakin period has helped?

My personal best so far is 515 Miles and it took 17.26 gallons to fill er' up. Honestly, I can't see any reason why this car couldn't easily do 600+ miles to a tank in "Ideal" conditions. :)

It can! I've done it twice. I was trying hard to get good fuel economy, even though I was doing 75 mph. When I had to stop a few times during the tank of fuel, I was gentle accelerating back up to highway speed. Also, when I had to slow down a bit due to traffic, I was gentle on the gas getting back up to speed, because I was trying to top 1000 kms on a tank (621 miles).

yesterday filled up with 413 on the trip ODO and put in just over 15 gallons, leaving me 3.5+/- left!
Not bad at all considering I DRIVE mine, not a leadfoot all the time, but certainly use it from time to time and often have the roof and windows down (it's been around 70-80 this time of year).

But my driving is a combo of 22 mile commute each way (with possible stop & go) and city mixed) running 55-80 on the freeways.

Just did a 3200 mile round trip all interstate. I was filling up around every 425-450 miles and putting 14.50-15.50 gallons back in every time. Never had the low fuel light come on and car usually read about 70 to 90 miles remaining. I cant see it ever getting 600 on a tank unless it was sucking fumes. My mpg averaged as low as 28 and my best was a tad over 30...slighlty disappointing :(
