Welcome Beyer. Nice to see a dealership getting out there. So many times we find a dealership that just lacks after-sale support, and a surprising lack of knowledge about TSB's and other common issues. If you read around here, you WILL find lots of common problems that people are having. Knowledge is power when it comes to marketing and sales. Might help you guys give a better customer service experience. Read away! lol

My thoughts exactly! I am here with an open mind and support to all Kia Owners. I'll say one thing, Kia is a fairly "young" brand but I am very optimistic about the next few years. I think Kia Motors handles customer issues and technical problems fairly well compared to other manufacturers and it really comes down to the specific dealer you choose to use. The caliber of management and skilled employees to support customer issues is essential to keep customers happy and coming back. Always helps to check reviews and maybe worth driving the extra miles to a more reputable place.

I bought my 2012 Kia Optima SX from Beyer Kia in Alexandria... my primary reason for buying there and servicing my vehicle there is because they have free loaner cars. Why doesn't Beyer Kia Falls Church have free loaner cars?

Oh but we DO! All Beyer Customers enjoy Free Loaner Cars and VA Safety Inspections for life at any Beyer location. We just started offering 1 year of Free Dealer Maintenance as well in Falls Church. Either way, we're all under the same Beyer name and I hope you enjoyed your buying experience with us. Good to see a customer here! Let me know if you need anything, the name is Joey Dizon!

Turner Kia here in Harrisburg has the loaner program as well. Sadly I didn't buy from them, but go there for all my service now. Loaner cars should be something EVERY dealer should have. Especially if our cars are out of service for a warranty repair. Why should we have to try to find a way to get around when our cars break? It's a good system.

Hey Beyer Kia,

I'm having an issue that I can't really get any help/info from my dealer. Here's a link to the thread... Hoping you might have some info or insight.

I'm sorry to hear about your problem black13. Also, I know this reply may be late I've been so swamped at work I haven't been able to login regularly. However, as promised I will try to help and shoot an email to my service advisor regarding your issue and will report back asap.
