Vibration issue when acclerating

Hello forum members.

I'm not really sure when this issue started but since a few months ago, the front end of the car started vibrating when acclerating from the stop til about 20 mph from time to time. Most of the time, it happens when I leave the shifter in manual mode in first gear and then slowly disappears. And I'm not sure if this had to do with this issue but I ran through a big pothole going 50mph and I thought the whole front end was going to torn apart. Also, again I'm not sure if this has to do with this issue but when I'm turning the car around with the steering locked all the way to the right, somewhere from the suspension makes clicking type of noise.

If anyone can point out a spot to take a look at, that will be awesome. For some reason, I have a feeling that I might have blew a cv joint when i ran through that pothole.

Not sure, I had that issue on a Buick Regal, it would vibrate on acceleration then it was OK. Ended up being a motor mount. I would think if it was in the front end or a bent rim..etc. It would happen all the time. Hope it's nothing major.

The issues you describe with acceleration and clicking on turning sound like a CV joint. When you tore a part your front end from the pot hole there might be a chance it tore the CV boot.

Take it to the dealer but my guess is CV joint.

My dealer acted like my whole car was going to blow up when they noticed it was lowered. I would throw the springs on and drive it through a few puddles before going to the dealer. LOL

Whew hopefully they won't give me any BS.. CV joints arent that expensive anyway right?

Well usual they end up replacing the whole shaft when that happens and since the car is new I assume around 150 for the part alone

My car has the same issue... I'm lowered on coilovers, and I haven't hit any big potholes of any sort. Let me know what you find out and I hope that will solve my problem as well!
