Wiper fluid tube damaged

Afternoon Gents!

My windshield fluid stopped working a few months ago and realized some rats gnawed off a piece of the tube (attached)
What's the best way to fix this?
Is there something I can buy to patch it up?
Or can I buy a replacement tube and replace it myself?
