So I have a 5 speed manual 2009 N/A 2.4L kia optima and I would like to get a little more power out of it but nothing crazy I was looking at K&N cold air intakes for the 2015 2.4 but I'm not sure if it would be a direct bolt on, although the throttle body looks to be in the same place and the air filter box also seems to be that way. My question is would an intake for a 2015 or 2014 bolt right up with no trouble or do I have to do some drilling into the body?
Thanks!

Hello Peter,

Welcome to the Optima Forums, and thanks for posting in our subforum.

Unfortunately, we do not carry any intake systems for the 2009 Kia Optima.

Our store caters to the 2011-2020 Kia Optima, so I do not have much experience with the older 2009 model.

If you find something that says it fits while searching online, and want to order from a reputable vendor, just reach out and let us know.
