Pretty much any professional could install those with their eyes closed.
Spring and shock replacement is pretty much a basic, bread and butter job.
I would personally avoid going to "performance" shops... only because they tend to charge a performance price.
EG: My local Import Tuner Shop charges $120 for a 4 wheel alignment.
local Steering and Brake Shop: $50-$70
If you were installing fully adjustable coilovers, sure.. go to the the Performance Shop... they would have experience with the ins and outs of adjustment.
Truhart Springs/Struts/Shocks? Complete OEM Swap. Easy for a half-way decent mechanic.
