Just got these a couple days back:

249586

Toyo Celsius tires are designed for regions like New England, and I've had a very positive experience so far.

The have three main features I like:
1. Asymmetrical Tread - They wont get stuck in snow as easily
2. Varying Sipe Density - There are more sipes in the inner tread blocks vs the outer ones, at a decreasing rate
3. Reverse Thermal Reactivity - They get softer in the cold, and harder when its warm

They're also 3PMSF rated, and very quiet.

Definitely an upgrade when compared to a standard All-Season tire.

At least with the snowflake rating it's better than most AS tires when the inclement weather arrives.
