Well looking around here on this thread I see that I am not the only one that thinks that the Kia dealerships are morons.
Shrike one was the fact tat they fixed he nose of the car and painted t and never said anything to me.
Strike two was when they replaced the tires cause the needed to be replaced they had 3 of one tire an one different one. (attention to detail)
Strike three was wen I found damage to he rear of the car cause the dumb bitch that had the car on a lease hit a pole, did I add the car has a back up camera, they wanted to sell m parts at cost. I would never have out this if I had not removed the bumper to install the led in it. I told them it wouldn't be back unless it was warrantee work cause none of the lug nuts were torqued at all ad I got that the lug nuts come loose. I went to school to be a mechanic. Nice try. have a great mechanic that will work on anything. Why do hey think that we are stupid.

I AM NOT SURE THEY ARE MORONS... Did you authorize new rubber and obviously you bought the car used .Did you buy from it a Kia dealer and if so what did the bill of sale say about prior accidents .Think you might need to do some more due diligence before you buy a used car before you name call.

somewhere there is the truth probably in the middle . I agree his ability to clearly communicate his thoughts was , shall we say , a tad on the weak side ::shocked:

ok so the car needed tires before I got it they put them on because it would not have passed NYS inspection.
car fax said noting about the damage. the person that leased it before me "fixed" the upper cover but the bracket for the bumper is bent and the resin composite under the bumper cover is likely cracked,
Lug nuts to my knowledge don't come loose when driving.

trying to post on this forum the site cant keep up with typing and drops letters.

and yes it was from a dealer and they linked a car fax with it. if there was issue I would not have bought it

So you bought it with mismatched tires on it already because you didn't inspect them yourself? Carfax is an f'ing joke. It's a sales pitch, the fact that dealerships use it as a tool to sell cars should be proof enough that it is worthless to the consumer. Only certain accidents reported to certain agencies ever show up. I could barrel roll my car off the Grand Canyon and as long as I don't file an insurance claim the next buyer would never know anything happened.

The loose lug nuts was stupid of the dealer but I've seen it happen. Other than that it sounds to me like you should have looked the car over a little yourself before purchasing it, or at least brought somebody who knows what they are looking at with you.
