What is the stock offset on a 2016 1.6T with 16" wheels?

I keep seeing "ranges" and "should fit" but can't find what the oem offset is.

I just bought a new set if 18" wheels with a +35 offset and they don't fit. They stick out too far and they rub when i turn even though the diameter is the same.

Does anyone know the stock offset?

6.5"x16" ET44. First, the problem may not only be the offset, but the wheel width as that was not mentioned. As an example, an 18" wheel, 7" wide with a 35mm offset, the outer part of the wheel will extend an additional 15mm @ 5/8", but the wider the wheel, with the same offset,
the more it will extend 8"-28mm @ 1 1/8".

Not certain about the Kia wheels, but many imprint the wheel specs on the wheels.

Thanks. I couldn't find the offset on the stock kia wheels.

Aftermarket wheels are 18x8.

I'll play with the offset calculators to figure out what i need.
Plan on using the tires but will buy different wheels.

You can always put spacers e.g. nuts, washers, on a couple of studs equal to the movement of the wheel outward to get an idea of where it will be positioned when on the car.

I'll just try to find some wheels with a 44 offset.

That would be 10mm extra both ways evenly.
