My car won't start after it has been driven and shut off. There is power to everything. It can be jumped. If it sits for 30 minutes or so it will start. Never happened from a cold start. The battery has been tested and is fine.

Welcome to the Optima Forums.

Sorry to hear the issue you're having.

Sounds like you have a dead battery that needs to be replaced.

The batteries for the Optima do not seem to last that long, and with it being a 2015, my bet would be on that.

Get a new battery installed and that will most likely take care of the issue you're having.

Give it a shot and let us know if it fixed the problem.

I had some starting issues as well a couple years ago... all lights and everything would come on, but the car would just make a click sound when I would press brake and start button. I found a trick that helps, you can try putting your car in the ACC mode and then into neutral . Once in neutral press brake and start button and it should start up. Not sure what the issue was. I took it to Kia and other reputable shops but they could never replicate the issue or saw any problems.
