Was thinking skid plate to in to the front bumper but now im thinking ill have to make room in the rear bumper?

I'd ;put it near the air compressor.

Is their enough room near the aircompressor you think? Ivwas thinking jb weld it to the heater core but but my friend said thats a bad idea and it dosnt exactly fit.

If you put it on the firewall it will melt from the exhaust heat. put it in front of the radiator.

Can the exhaust melt brass? I didnt think it could get that hot.
