Sickest customer service ever. HKS Bov

So was just about to order this BOV from the website and I saw a phone number.....

So being nosy and all I called it, to my amazement "David" answered. Figured it would just be a "leave a message", we spoke for about 15 to 20 minutes about this BOV and other options. Also how to install and add any extra things I may have need.

I am still floored about this customer service, oh yea and he mentioned that he's from the west coast and the time is different so if I were to order it online he would send it out asap... ordered Friday afternoon from Chicago and received the tracking number in my email not even a hour later...

David... you are the shizzle. I will post a pics of the install later.
