Those panels suck. There’s 3 of them. I had to take them all off to get to the trans to do a fluid change.
The difficulty then is the front edge panel and the next panel that covers the trans are sandwiched between each other and you need 4 hands to assemble those and then keep it steady and aligned to get all the bolts in it. Then once those 2 are assembled you can then screw in the oil filter cover. It’s very difficult to do in your driveway alone.
Trans fluid was easy. I only put back on the front edge panel left the trans cover part and the oil filter part off.
I guess my point is you really don’t need that oil filter cover. Unless you drive on dirt roads.
