Underneath the car on my 19 optima s, the panel that covers the oil filter and drain plug is missing. Does anyone know the part number and where is a reputable place to order it from ?

Those panels suck. There’s 3 of them. I had to take them all off to get to the trans to do a fluid change.
The difficulty then is the front edge panel and the next panel that covers the trans are sandwiched between each other and you need 4 hands to assemble those and then keep it steady and aligned to get all the bolts in it. Then once those 2 are assembled you can then screw in the oil filter cover. It’s very difficult to do in your driveway alone.
Trans fluid was easy. I only put back on the front edge panel left the trans cover part and the oil filter part off.

I guess my point is you really don’t need that oil filter cover. Unless you drive on dirt roads.

Also needed when you drive on salted winter roads.
Happy Holidays to you
