I have a second hand Optima 2015 2.4L gdi with almost 140000 KM.
I would like to know when I'm supposed to change the Chain coz I don't know her history.
Ps: I have no issues with the car, no weird sound, working perfectly

Isn't a chain supposed to be Permanent compared to a rubber belt?

Timing chains are usually good for 150,000 miles. You don't just change the chains though. there are guides and a hydraulic tensioner that also go bad over time.
