I just got my 2015 optima a month ago and it was completely stock. I started with cheaper upgrades first. I put 15% window tint all the way around besides windshield, replaced the emblems with 3.0 k logos from k5 optima store as well as the k5 air valve stem caps. I just finished the last thing right now and that was plasti dipping my stock rims.

There will be a lot more upgrades coming! Does anyone have any ideas of what I should do next and what do you guys think about doing a muffler delete on optimas?

I will be adding better pictures as more gets done.

Tint is always the first thing done on any car I get! You could keep doing appearance items, maybe some of the colorful items for inside the engine bay. My biggest recommendation ever is coilovers, makes the car look soo much better. Ride becomes rougher though of course.

Look forward to seeing what you come up with!

Yeah, tints are a must for me also! I’ve definitely been eyeing coil overs. The only issue is I already have a really low car ( the white bmw in background of first pic) and the main purpose of getting this car is not worrying about driveways, speed bumps and being able to have passengers.. lol.

I’m still considering them though! ( maybe air suspension) it’s just expensive though.
I went with TruHart lowering springs and shock/strut combo. lowers it 1.5 in the rear, and 1.6 in the front. No clearance issues whatsoever, and looks SOOO much better. looks lower than it is. Plus, it rides the same as stock, and is a cheaper route. Just throwing another option out there. My sig pic is before I lowered it BTW.

Thanks man! After looking into that option.. it might be the way to go! Thinking of doing that within the next 2 weeks.

I’ll be doing a couple things next weekend so I’ll keep the post updated.
Cool. I'll be keeping an eye on the thread. What I like about my drop, is that it's not too low. I have yet to bottom out, rub tires, or scrape! It's definitely worth the money. I have coil-overs on one of my other cars - but it's built for track use, so I need the adjust-ability. Not the case on a daily street car though, so this option works great.
Very nice start to your showroom, definitely subscribing for future updates.

Thanks, you’ll definitely be hearing from me. I basically want everything you have for the 2015 optima.. lol

Well I guess not everything. That might be a little too much haha

Very nice, it sounds like the best and most affordable option right now. The adjustability is smart for a track car.. my bmw was my daily with no adjustability and it’s only about 2 maybe 2.5 inches off the ground lol it kills the tires fast.
