I bought 2014 KIA Optima from Rick Case in Duluth, and I had a so so experience with them during the buying process.
The sales people were nice and friendly, but they were a little dishonest to me about a couple of things.
My car did not originally have the navigation sd card when I test drove the car.
The sales person told me it was removed to prevent theft during test drives and she would get it after the test drive.
Well she didn't until it was time to finalize the deal and I had to get firm and threaten to walk out before she tried to get the card, which she could not find and claimed she had to order it from service ,which will come in the next day.
That was a lie, because when i told her that it would come back in a day when the card arrives, her manager step in and said it could be a week.
Fast forward, I told them if I could not get a working navigation that day then I would walk and a navigation sd card was found somehow( I assume from a different 2014 on the lot).
I bought the 2014 car i have now, but I do not like how the salesperson basically lied to me just so i would buy the car that day instead of telling me that the navigation sd card was lost and may take a while to arrive.
The second thing was the price. The sales team wanted a higher price on the car which they said was rock bottom, until I showed them the online price listed for the same exact car on their website that was $2k less on my phone.
Then the rock bottom developed a new level.
I have not used the service department yet, but I think that I may try Metro KIA in stead of Rick Case or Mall of Ga. KIA just because of the bad vibe I got from Rick Case from how I believed they tried to get over on me.
