I am thinking of adding a Magnetic Inline Transmission Filter with a bypass plug next spring on my cars (My Optima has 21k on it) and have questions for anyone who added one:

1.) If I add a Magnetic Inline Transmission Filter with a bypass on the cooler outflow line, would this void my Kia Warranty?
2.) Where exactly is the cooler outflow line, I can't find tech specs on the net
3.) Would installing the filter (such as Magnefine) put too much stress on the transmission pump?
4.) Has anyone installed a filter on the power steering low pressure line?
5.) If you added one how many miles was on your car when you installed it and how many do you have now? Any issues? Any installation tips?

1.) No
2.) Bottom hose from radiator cooler
3.) No
4.) The car has electric power steering, no fluid
5.) Never installed one, but certainly can't do any harm. They say 12 month change interval which is ridiculous as some drive 5k miles p/yr while others drive 35k miles p/yr.
