Noticed I was low on oil and coolant yesterday, put some coolant in it, and it was due for a oil change so took it into Firestone today for a change. They didn’t try to upsell me anything and sent me on my way. I was in the process of installing a new fog light today and noticed the oil filter appeared to have a leak as well as the oil drain. Then way up on the back of the engine, I noticed a piece (don’t know what it is) appeared to have oil pooling on the back. Can anyone advise what might be the issue? My first thoughts were maybe the oil cooler is bad (can see the corrosion on it, but looks like coolant color). I’m a YouTube mechanic so only know what I learn from online.

The coolant lines go into the oil cooler and look quite deteriorated so could be leaking coolant, also the oil cooler contains an oil ring that may be seeping oil.
Make certain filter tight, and also the oil pan drain plug, but if tight, maybe a new washer next change.
Top of engine could be a leaking valve cover gasket so take a look around the cover.

If coolant disappearing, always wise to check with a pressure tester to find leak.

Where do you live
Hiw many miles on the car
How long have you owned it

Didn‘t post where you live but got some bad corrosion on those oil cooler line clamps obviously.

They should be replaced.
Also that oil bolt in the pan does not look like an oil pan bolt thats probably why its leaking.
I bet they stripped the oem bolt.
Oil change joints put that bolt on so tight it’s very hard to get off there all afraid it may fall out. It’s tough on the pan bolt hole. The oil bolt is a sacrifice bolt and should be replaced every few years,

What I would do is go to the dealer and buy a new oil pan bolt bolt. I would buy new hoses for the oil cooler too As there ends don’t look good and may be to short to cut back. Buy a new dealer oil filter too.
Get that all replaced. Ask the mechanic doing the r&r how does the oil pan bolt feel is it jacked up?

The drain plug bolt looks good from the outside, but maybe the crush washer is leaking? I'd suggest trying a new crush washer before getting a new drain plug bolt. Another possibility is you have an oil pan gasket leak, which happens to be close enough to the drain plug bolt that it runs down the side of the drain pan and off the drain plug bolt.

Better yet, if you do your own oil changes, I'd suggest getting a Fumitomo valve to replace the drain plug bolt. It saves time and is worth replacing at your next oil change.

But you might want to just wipe clean everything you can. Then, let the oil leak some more. You might find that the oil comes from somewhere that wasn't apparent when it was all dirty/wet.

Since all this began after a repair shop oil change, the likely culprit(s) are loose oil filter and a crush washer on the oil pan bolt that needs to be replaced. You should have gone back to Firestone and complained.

This. They also put a **** aftermarket filter on the car, these can and have totaled plenty of Hyundai and KIA vehicles before.
