That's a difficult size to come by, and quite a jump in width, but the 235/50-15 tires require a 6.5" wide wheel while the factory wheel is only 6"x15". Not saying it can't be done, but the 235 is actually smaller in diameter (@ 1/2") than the 205, but just don't know how much clearance there is on the inside. Better take a look at the present suspension clearance in the front before making a purchase.

Maybe look into a 16" wheel as that will give you more tire size choices.
