Looking for a good led bulbs for my car. I’ve looked many places and on amazon there’s several ones but I’m not sure besides reading the reviews? I see there’s some with a fabless heat sink and some with a fan. I’m assuming a fan will make noise and I’m not ok with that. So does anyone has opinions on fanless vs fan ones?

Are you asking for headlight bulbs, or other?
Since you mention some have fans, then I assume you mean the headlight. Many have fans to keep them smaller, and the ones I put in my 2018 EX (Lasfit) have fans, but they don't make much noise, besides, if your are driving, any noise would be drowned out by engine and road noise anyway.
