Had my first inspection on Saturday December 6th 2014, of my 2014 KOH EX and Ashley was great . She had the car when promised washed cleaned and serviced with my free oil change and Lube. . I then used my Kia Points to pay for the service saved $210 . I highly recommend Kia South in Vancouver . Just as an aside they followed up with me today to ascertain if I was totally satisfied and if I had any concerns..I would say pretty darn good service.

Why is your service costing more than $210 in the first place? What exactly did they do? Oil change should be around $25, maybe add a bit more for the tire rotation, but nowhere near $210+.

The did quite a lot actually .This 1st KOH service recommended by Kia so just look it up in the manual ad you will see besides filled up everything and rotated my tires . Their first service is around the 245 dollar range

That seems a bit excessive. I just had some maintenance done at West Coast Kia (in Pitt Meadows, not too far from Van) and they emailed me their Factory Recommended Service schedule.

Service 2 is where they rotate tires and is recommended at the 1 year/12k km mark, not Service 1 (which is at 6 month/6k km and is essentially an oil change and a visual inspection/fluid top-up).

For pricing, West Coast Kia lists Service 1 as $49.95 and even Service 2 is $199.95 so when you say you saved $210 it sounds like they dinged you for Service 3 ($299 and first recommended at 24 months/24k km).

I'd contact your dealership and ask them why this particular dealership's schedule is so different.

Didn't really catch that the first time around. Now I'm really interested in what they did for your first service that cost you over $210. Please humor us and take a picture of your invoice.

I hope you bent her over, because she seemed to have bent you over. Just did my first service 5500km oil change free with my 5 year oil change membership at Kia. A brand new car shouldn't cost anything other then $50 for first service.
