Lowering your vehicle will help due to having a lower center of gravity, however, I would actually recommend the following to address the swaying issue:

Ultra Racing Rear Sway Bar - Anti Roll/Stabilizer Bar - K5 Optima Store (This will do a much better job at eliminating the swaying)

You could also stiffen up the chassis a bit by going with something like this below:
