I am getting the same thing even after replacing the 125v safety fuse with the 150v fuse. I believe the warning is from the alternator overcharging the battery and the warning is coming on because the electric motor is discharging the electricity. Watch your HEV meter on the left side and make sure it doesn't go to 100%. You can monitor this by switching to the car's fuel cycle on the dash.
