My K5 that I got last November has developed a horn issue. It’s very weak and sounds like only the high-pitch tone is sounding.

Is there any way to get in there to take a look at it without removing the whole front bumper?

Update: with the car on ramps, I was able to take out the tabs and peel back the underbody cover. This gave me access to the horn on each side. High pitch is on driver's side, low pitch is on passenger side. Turns out only the low pitch is working. I checked the connection to the high pitch horn and that did not fix it.

Any ideas?

Checked? With volt meter as someone else honks the horn? Horns ground usually through the bracket.
