The heated steering wheel in my 2011 EX has stopped working--no illumination on the switch and no heat. It actually flashed on for a second and then hasn't lit up again. I've checked the fuse and I don't think that's the issue. I was going to check the connection on the switch and possibly replace it if I can do it myself, since it's a $30 part, but I haven't been able to find any good info on how to swap the switch out.

Also, over the summer I had the airbag recall service done--is it possible that something got disconnected and not reconnected properly during that service?

I've been on here looking for the same thing. I have a 2012 and I believe it has the exact same module/switch as the 2011. At this point I may take the weekend to just poke around w/ it myself. If I do, I'll be sure to take photos and share what I find.
