My wife's 2016 Optima drivers side headlight has a TON of condensation/water in it. A new headlight is insanely expensive, wondering if anyone else has had this issue and come up with a cheaper solution?

Thanks!
Mike

So I decided to take it out and try to dry it out, and see if it was just a fluke. I'm having a little issue getting it out. I got the bumper loose on that side, but I can't get the top panel to come out? It seems to be attached to the painted part and the grill (circled in red)? Argh! Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Mike

I did finally find a video that showed that cover being loosened (
). I was then able to get to the front screw that holds the headlight in. Everything seemed pretty loose, but I still couldn't get the headlight out?!?!? Frustrating that it's that difficult. I have had the cover over the lamp open all weekend and it has dried out the housing pretty much. I'll put it back on and see if the condensation come back.

I'd still love to know the trick to get the headlight out though!
