Anyone know if the HBA feature can be turned on with a computer afterwards?

My car has the camera, but does it require some other hardware or is it possible to add on the feature as a software change?

I think this is something offered specifically outside of North America, or outside of the United States, which is the reason it’s a term we’re not familiar with here.
