Around November of 2022, my 2012 Kia Optima Sx turbo went out on me and I didn't know why or what the problem was so I went to O'reilly's to get an engine check light tested and shown for a P0455.. The worker says it's more than likely a gas cap issue. Knowing me i bought a gas cap, cleaned it out then put it on and came to find out when i put it on it's all fine and handy dandy. WRONG! Car stalls, have power and cranks up but no start. Literally got it stuck at O'reilly's about 20 times already and even when i make a left or right from there it starts sputtering and shuts off but still has power to it. I replaced vacuum hoses to the purge valve and the purge valve itself by the intake/engine as well as the brake booster hose, replaced the canister and valve thing that goes to it and yet still the same problem. I don't know what's causing my car to not start up automatically like how it used to. Need help from any mechanics or someone!!!!
