Chrome rim would make that optima stand! out is that a carbon fiber hood or painted black

I have a 2012 Optima EX and I’m looking to buy the DRL fogs from the K5OptimaStore. I’ve read the DIY instructions but that’s out of my area of expertise. I’m looking for someone to install these if you’re near the Memphis, TN area. Anyone interested? $$
