So I recently hit a rather large animal (Florida 🙄). I had a pretty good dint in the bumper that I popped out with hot water. My question is a little damage was done at the bottom and I am missing a screw in the wheel area that holds the bumper. Is it still alright to drive? The bumper still seem attached alright. But definitely don't want the thing falling off.

No, it's not going to fall off as there are many more screws/bolts to retain it to the body. Didn't see the finished product, but you can use a heat gun to get the area warm, actually work the bumper to get it back into shape, then install the screw. If the hole is damaged you can always use a washer under the head of the screw.
With a heat gun need to be careful as if it gets too hot the paint will bubble.
