all 10's on your new car survey? Or whatever the top score was??

they sure knocked themselves out to let you know to give them a perfect score.

btw .. it was the worst new car clean up I ever had. looks like Stevie Wonder washed that car. And no I haven't called them to complain because they are not super close to where I live and I am pretty busy during the week to have to go by there and wait on them to do it again.

My car had deep scratches all over the trunk, oil finger marks on the cloth lining the ceiling and the glass covering the odometer had a huge scratch in it. Yeah i complained to mine, seems like dealerships these days are super sloppy. I got everything fixed but it took about a month for all of it to get cleaned up.
I have only gone to this dealership for the f'ups they did in the beginning and never went back. My suggestion is if you get anymore surveys from kia give them bad reviews but dont bother with complaining to them because it'll just turn into trouble. I'd use your local dealer now and move on like I did.
And yes they asked me to give them 10's (unfortunately I did and it was before I noticed all the problems...)
it's been a little over a month since I got mine and no email or mail surveys have come yet. I did promise them all 10's to get a a couple of free service. They have kept their word on everything so far, even bought out my prior lease. However, their service dept is where I would score them separately if I could.
Hasn't this thread been posted before??? We keep regurgitating the same thing over and over.
i can tell you from a KIA salesperson's aspect. that our success is very dependent on those surveys... i've sold about 150 new KIA's since April of last year and i have never score below a 98%. Those surveys have a direct influence on our inventory allocations and KIA incentive pay.
And that apparently makes you angry and forces you to read and reply.

Does every new customer get a survey, or only a certain percentage. It's been been at least 7 months and no survey here.
no... not everyone gets one... sometimes they are missed phone calls and they dont call back. KIA doesnt do letter mail, they will either email or call.

was this directed towards me?

Bummer... I would have really loved to give kia my :2cents:worth.
Don't see any angryism (not a word) in his post. Just stating the facts, anything wrong with that?
I got a survey in the mail. It was like 30 pages and took an hour to fill out, lol. Fortunately I was too lazy to do it and my dad did it cause he was bored, haha
My dealer mentioned nothing of the survey. When I mentioned it to them, it seemed like they could care less how I scored them.

As a former Hyundai owner, I know all about these surveys. If I get one, I'm honest when rating my experience.
my dealership takes our deliveries VERY seriously... and as part of the actual delivery process is for us to discuss the survey. it amazes me that some sales people do not do it!
See I am the other side of this, I love my dealer (Salazar Kia) so far and have consistently given them high scores on all surveys as they have worked their tails off for them.
One of the key methods for identifying areas of change or improvement are these surveys. I don't think people have the right to bit*h about a dealer if they don't fill out the survey. If you had a bad experience and don't get a survey, call customer care, give them your feedback. At least it's on record.
I've never had a bad dealer experience in the past 25 years, but then I make it my responsibility to meet and get to know everyone I can, and they get to know me as well. I realize not everyone has the time to just drop in, but since you'll be owning the product for years, it's not a bad idea to stop by on a whim or pretense. I like looking at new products so that's mine.

I have nothing but praise and great things to say about my dealership (Broadway KIA). From the buying experience, through every TSB and service, it's been great. They care about their products and their customers, as difficult and negative as we can be. They really go the extra mile to resolve concerns and make customers happy...but I've seen that some people just want to be angry and upset no matter what.

I got a dealers survey and rated my dealer (Fred Beans KIA in Limerick, PA) very high. Everything was spot on perfect and as promised. I actually had to go 30 miles away to buy because the dealer closest to me was a scam shop. KIA is really going to have to start weeding out the sleaze balls in the network.

no sorry, i should start learning to quote posts.
Well i rated them all 10's, not to kiss a** but i was told if i did that to come back and see my salesperson for a free second tank of gas. I was a lil iffy about it but sure enough i got my second free tank just this morning! and to be honest my experience was excellent, from start to finish. timely, a great deal, (owner was a friends of mine) clean at delivery and full explanation on how to use the features. If your in the Jacksonville FL area go see Dave at southside kia! exceptional service!
^^Don't quote excessively however :)

I bought my car out of a different region/market. They knew the chance of me coming back was unlikely. Maybe that's why I received no survey.
