Guess you're one lucky person in that you're posting about the accident, and when the car is fixed, hope they do a decent job.:)

Honestly I can’t see 9k in damages small fist sized dent in hood, so gonna replace hood, fender needs replaced because of fist sized dent. along with a split in bumper cover, headlight and reskin 2 doors because of dents. Still driving it until body shop is ready.

Some people get carried away when a vehicle is in an accident but if done properly, no problems. A friend of mine has worked on cars that had $40,000+ worth of damage, great when done.
I've seen cars with $1k in damage look terrible when done, it all depends on the body person(s) doing the job.
