Everythings good with spark plugs, coils, battery, fuel system, fuses have no idea why it won't start had a flashing cel when last driven went in limp mode now has like a weak cranking to it and it seemed to be in time im about 80 percent its in time still please help been broke down for over a week

This is the standard behavior when the car detects a potential engine problem, it's called "limp mode" to try to protect the engine. Kia has an ongoing engine replacement issue, so your engine might be in limp mode because the engine needs to be replaced.

If you want to make sure, you can scan the car to find the actual code generated by the CEL. Or take the car to the dealership, the limp mode should let you get there.

The problem is you need to have had the diagnostic software update installed, and if so, then Kia should check that your car qualifies for a replacement engine, though the dealership may try to refuse.
