Welcome to the Optima Forums @carroyo13

When you say "is it worth it" this really comes down to the individual and what they consider worth.

At the end of the day, an Optima in general, regardless of a turbo model or non turbo model uses a small 4 cylinder engine.

The amount of horsepower made at the end of the day is minimal, even when fully building a turbo model.

If you would like to enjoy the sound of the engine when accelerating, and want a little better acceleration & hp, I would say it's worth it.

However, if you are trying to achieve major horsepower gains with the intake, and expect that from it, then no, it would not be worth it.

We carry the Injen Intakes & K&N Intakes for your 2015 Kia Optima LX 2.4L Model. Let us know if you have any questions about them.

Throttle response and sound are greatly improved with an intake, and will pay for themselves in fuel savings if you habitually drive very long distances. Throw in thermal intake wrap, and a throttle body spacer as well, for best results.
