Hi All

Sorry for the blurry pic. Didnt realize it after I took. It says, check brakes, auto hold function light on, brake light on, and traction control I believe on.

So this has been happening recently, mainly only when I use my auto hold function.

However last night it happened out of random. Does that mesn I need to replace my brakes. or is it something different.

I have a 2015 kia optima hybrid with 92k miles.

Had car little over a year.

Please let me know if you have any other questions to help
Thanks!!!

I think it means to Check brakes.

Other than the somewhat familiar brake squeal that some make when they reach the pad wear indicators, checking them visually is the only way to tell how much life pads have.

Rotors must be measured to determine for certain if they can re re-used or not.

Hybrid's brakes usually last Much longer than non-hybrids because they use regeneration which takes much of the brakes work away. So odd they'd wear out at a mere 92k. My daughters Prius is on its first set at 195k for comparison.
