Never installed one on the Kia, but don't you use the factory vacuum hose that's removed from the OEM valve?

Some guys really lube it to get it on, but if no luck, just purchase a plastic vacuum adapter ID of factory hose to ID on new hose on the BOV.

Hi where can i pull vacuum from for my tial bov?
the factory valve uses a 1/4" hose. You can also buy vacuum block Adapters and pull vacuum from your manifold and from your MAP sensor. Good luck
