I have purchased many, many, cars (47) and this is by far the worst dealership I have ever went to. Their service department is a joke. Very unprofessional employees looking like they just rolled out of bed threw on a Kia shirt with whatever pants they had on and went to work. I brought my 2016 SX there for its first oil change and to get the front bumper paint defect fixed as well as a noise coming from the sun roof. Long story short this took three hours. There were hand prints all over my headliner, they tried to hide the fact that they had a long ass nail hanging out of the side of my tire from the test ride for the noise in the sun roof. The detail shop doesn't dry your car and left water spots all over it. I didn't want them washing it in the first place. And it's been three weeks and still no call back about my bumper paint issue. Normally I would just say the service department is poor but when I brought up the issues with the GM I was blown off. I call back and now he is ducking my calls. Do not go there for any reason.

WOW.

They do suck.

I would be pissed about the water spots.

Do the job right or not at all is how I feel about that half-ass car wash they gave you.

What are they going to do about the nail in the tire?

Car Pros you say? I had a terrible experience with them in Southern California. Took my car in to have an oil leak checked out and they came back with an estimate of almost $2k to replace several oil seals. I called another shop, and they called BS on the dealer and offered a lower price. After talking to the dealer, they questioned the shop's ability to do the fix.

In the end, I took my car to the other shop, they confirmed it the major leak was coming from the drain plug (dealer didn't even mention that part) and there was a small leak with my oil pan. Had it all fixed up for $300.

Car "Pros" can go to ****.
