I purchased my car at Ray Skillman Westside but don't really want to go there for service as the area is pretty sketchy. I am considering Butler Kia near 96th and Keystone. Any thoughts? For those of you who live in the Indy area, which dealers would you recommend for service, etc?

Thanks,

David

I use Butler Kia in Fishers and they love my modded car. Never had any of the bs some others post about showing up with mode and the service center denying them service. I hear the dealership on 96th is cool too, but I've only used the Fishers location.

Butler at 9th and Keystone is where we are holding the Midwest Mega Meet. Nice guys there. The service guys at Butler Kia of Fishers are awesome as well. Mod friendly, helpful.

I recommend staying away from Skillman at all costs.

Am I required to have any work done at Skillman given I purchased my car there? Might sound like a dumb question but I thought they said something about brining my car to a Skillman dealer for the warranty but that doesn't make sense to me. I would much rather go to Butler. The only reason I bought the car at Skillman is because they had the model I wanted with the premium package. Not an area of town I care to spend much time in.

The warranty is provided by Kia, you are not required to go back to them for your warranty to be honored. You can get any and all warranty work done by any Kia dealership.
