I’m not the OP but figured I could chime in here lol. To answer your question they are not aftermarket. Those are the SX and above taillights (also the Canadian EX).
Haha he’s right , they are the stock ones , however, I used a vinyl tint that has a octagon pattern in it if you look closely .
