Should have posted this a long time ago...but better late than never. Purchased new 2016 optima with a slipping or hesiting trans. Went back to Kingston Kia about seven times and they saw no problem. Went online to arbritation and district manager asked if I would be willing to take the car to a trans shop and accept their decision. I agreed and after they drove the car they stated the trans. Had to be replaced which Kia did.
Kia only responded after I went to arbritation. Will never buy another Kia. This was my third Kia. No loyalty.
