Not sure if this helps you but I recently spliced a generic camera into my 2015 Optima harness. It only uses the red (power), black (ground), and yellow (video signal) wires. Not sure what the orange, grey, and white wires are for but they were not needed to use a generic camera on the factory radio. I had to buy a camera that had the option to cut a wire to eliminate the grid since that was built into the radio.
Back up camera with after market radio
Hope everyone is doing well, I got a question hope someone can help me.. got a 2015 Kia Optima LX, recently purchased a boss bv775b double din radio, is there any way I can use my OME back up camera?
what harness would I need..any help will be very appreciated…

You can use your OEM backup camera by splicing an RCA into the camera signal wires, provide 6 volts to the camera power, and provide ground to the wires from the factory harness.
