Hello. I'm hopeless. My 2016 Kia Optima EX has Android Auto but not Apple Carplay? Is there any way I can download carplay?

You need to buy the latest map update and it will give you Apple Car Play. I bought my 2016 Optima SXL in July, it did not have Apple CarPlay. I bought the map update and I not only got CarPlay but I got an updated version of UVO. You have to go to Kia's UVO website in order to order the maps...With shipping the map update costs less than $50.00, very cheap for a map update.
