So I messed up by being ignorant.

My current setup:
7,5J*17 ET52,5 with 225/60R17 tires

What I bought:
8,5J*20 ET35 with 245/40ZR20 tires

Besides just ordering the wheels, even after studying a lot of setups from this site, there were a some things, I did not double-check because I didnt know you should do that.
  1. I did not testfit the rims before putting tires on them.
  2. I did not do a fender measure on my stock wheels to calculate the right offset for the new wheels

As you can see on the picture below
It pokes out by 15mm from tire, in the rear

With the original wheels, there is a 15mm distance from rim to fender in rear and 12mm in front.

Is it correct to assume that I would need it to be ET48 for it to be flush with fender in front, and ET45 in the rear?
