Alright gang, upon reading other thread about their dealers, most of you guys are complaining about the 2hrs wait on your car service, Man i tell you thats our normal waiting period here!! im already used to it... i even bring food with me, no drinks needed because coffee is free at the dealership. LoL!!!

Anyways, this dealership of mine i can rate maybe 4 stars out of 5, wont go up to 5 because of the waiting time but i dont blame them with that because its always crowded and they are still fast when it comes to me and easy to talk to, or maybe because i Bought my KIA Soul, KIA Sorento and my Optima Hybrid to them?? my point in posting here is to let everyone know that i never had a problem with my Dealership Service Department, they are awesome!! and not to mention Miss "M-R" is also pretty. LoL!! anyway, only had a little conversation to them about my ECM / ECU / TSB upgrade but when i came back to pick up the car they did it without telling me so im surprised with that... no negative comments about that..

Overall i would recommend this Dealership and Service Department to all folks living here in my area :thumbsup:

Im happy to hear you are satisfied with your dealer. I spent 6 hours for an oil change and for them to look over a concern I had. Only 5 others came in in that time frame for an oil change. Kinda sad in my opinion.

Sorry to hear that bro... usually takes 2 to 3 hrs for just an oil change at my dealership because of the long line, so if i can make it early in the morning it usually still takes maybe 2hrs. but still im satisfied with their overall work, FOR ME

take a note, its not only my Optima im bringing them, but my other KIA's too, im letting them handle everything and still positive comment for overall.

Got my Hybrid serviced today at my dealership, got there before 8am and it is done by 9am for a regular change oil and oil filter + they refill my washer and stuffs.. this was the fastest service i've ever experience with them..

BUT i got 1 issue with the crew at the back who did my Engine Oil and stuff, they scratched my personalized paint in my engine bay, they've only touched it for 1 time and they scratched it already, WTH?! i always check my stuffs under the hood and never scratch any of my paints :thumbsdown:

Just brought my car at the dealership this morning at 8am to check my Air Flaps and Steering Wheel Sound, as always they assisted us great, while waiting got a FREE Wifi, Hot Coffee and some Donuts!! got out 10am so it took 2hrs for them to check my car but thats not bad because they were full packed this morning, actually every saturday. will have to come back because the part for my car needs to be ordered. by the way the pretty lady who always assists me was not there
