The other day I changed my cabin filter. It started getting hot here in Texas so I turned my temperature all the way down and the AC on. When the dial is at 3, I get no noise, but once I hit that 4 it sounds like something is out of place. I rechecked the filter to make sure it was installed right, it was and the noise continues.

Any thoughts or have anyone else dealt with this?

Remove the filter completely and leave filter and cover out, and glove box down then give it a try.
No noise, then replace the cover leaving the filter out and door down, no noise then install the filter & cover, and go from there in steps.
