Just got it towed home. I got a hybrid warning on the highway. The car shut off now won’t start. Battery is fine. Tested

at 13 volts.

from my research a lot of things are pointing to the safety plug fuse.
How do I check that and is it safe to unplug without doing anything else? I know where it’s at. I was a mechanic for years so I’m not new to cars just no clue about hybrid systems. Pictured is what I get when I go to start it

CEL lite is on, what does it read?

I’ll check the cel today however I think the lights are just on because the car isn’t starting

Pulled the 125a fuse out of the safety plug and there’s no continuity. So fuse is bad. Will get a new one and install it. I’ll update in case anyone else has this issue.

New high voltage fuse fixed it.

I'm surprised there isn't a spare fuse in that area?
