My nephew moved my wife's car to clean it. When he tried to start it again, nothing would work. All power was off, and the ignition button was clicking. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?!

Far from a Hybrid guru, but use a multimeter to check the volts at the top of the battery terminals, then move the leads to the cable ends and check again to make certain @ 12.6 volts. If either falls low, replace battery and/or clean terminal ends. If both up to par, check the power past the main fuse with the mm.
It's a start.
