    Hello everyone, I have 2 recalls on my 2013 Optima. One is for the steering coupling and the other one is I1803C PI1803 ECU UPGRADE (KSDS) 13MY. I'm trying to find the TSB for it to see what it fixes, but i cant find it. Anyone else have it? Thanks
