  1. 4th Generation Optima (2016 - 2020)
I want to tune my car. Stage 1 stuff. I will be keeping down pipe and exhaust for awhile but will eventually swap out. I want to run regular unleaded (yes a tune should be 91-93 or E85) due to higher cost lately. I went overboard full blown stage 2 APR on my GTI and would like to see something...
  2. Wheels, Tires and Suspension
Just got these a couple days back: Toyo Celsius tires are designed for regions like New England, and I've had a very positive experience so far. The have three main features I like: 1. Asymmetrical Tread - They wont get stuck in snow as easily 2. Varying Sipe Density - There are more sipes...
  3. 4th Generation Optima (2016 - 2020)
I absolutely love my optima! It’s a 2018 SXL and I love the quickness of the car and the sleek design. I was planning on making it a little quicker and maybe even a bit louder. I plan to eventually put in an intake and a new exhaust system. Anyone have any recommendations on exhaust system?

Just saw a video from a channel I follow: ChrisFix, on NRS Brake Pads: My question to you all is: Has anyone installed these before? I'm looking to install some better brakes on my car that are a bit less noisy, so this seems like a pretty good option. What are you all's thoughts on these?
  6. 4th Generation Optima (2016 - 2020)
Just curious about that, folks. Zero issues with this car with regular fuel (always use Shell or Chevron), thankfully, but just curious if there's any noticeable difference with premium, like it's the case with most turbos. I was surprised not to see any reference to premium fuel in the owner's...

  13. 4th Generation Optima (2016 - 2020)
We had a cool front here in Texas that brought the temps down from the middle 90's to as low as the low 50's in the morning, and my 2.0 turbo really enjoyed it. We all know the denser air carries more of a fuel/air charge, but it's fun to actually FEEL it when you press the accelerator pedal! :D
