anyone else notice on their 2016 optima that when you set the heat and blower to high or low for that matter, and set it to the floor, its still blowing heat out of the defrost vents on the windshield? with barely anything coming out of the lower vents?

I always use the recirculate air button to keep outside air outside. However, it seems like everytime i get in the car the recirculate is off again. Is there any way to make it default to ON? Thanks
